Shipping

  • Payment is taken immediately when order is placed.  
  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock (when your order status says ON ORDER) and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • All orders in HOLD status with no communication from emails or phone calls to us after or in response to our emails in 7 business days, will be canceled and refunded.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • All orders are shipped with their corresponding shipment type when all the parts arrived and the whole order is complete.
  • Over sized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for any orders.
  • Some high value pieces my require a signature for delivery.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • Canada Orders: Due to the cost of shipping internationally customers will be charged estimated shipping costs at the time of purchase. Should any additional charges be incurred due to packaging size or excessive weight, we will contact the customer prior to shipping. At that time we will request a written or verbal authorization from the customer to charge the actual shipping costs.
  • Canada buyers are responsible for all costs incurred while shipping the product to their given address. This includes, but is not limited to insurance, import taxes, or duties.
  • Canada orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address or to an Approved PayPal address. There are no exceptions.
  • No Canada Over-sized Freight Shipping at this time.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back order or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders. 
  • We no longer offer Customer Pick Up
